Sure enough you shipped it out the same day, but tracking said Jan 10th. Bummer, but what did I expect when it’s coming from Utah, through a snow storm to Virginia. Shock and awe, when I received the update that the Balaclava would arrive today. And just in time for my son to be grateful that he was better prepared as he took off to ski in New York. Thanks very much for your commitment. Now I’ve got to thank the USPS for moving it through the network and delivering it early, in spite of our inches of snow. Unlike Utah, any amount of snow is a big event in the Washington, D. C. area.
